The 2018 Variety Children’s Charity Radiothon is our biggest yet.
For the fourth year in a row, Australian Outdoor Living has been a proud sponsor of the Variety SA Children’s Charity Radiothon.
This year, we continued the tradition and donated a fully-installed Venice 62 Barrier Reef fibreglass swimming pool valued at more than $40,000.
And the results are in!
Winning Bid: $32,888!
We made a new record on the Variety Radiothon!
This winning bid was the highest winning bid on our donated pool package.
About the cause
This year’s Radiothon was focused around Abby. She’s battling Cerebral Palsy Spastic Diplegia with Dysphasia.
This affects her balance, strength and stamina.
This year’s Radiothon efforts were to help Abby to travel to the US to undergo a $60,000 surgery to help make her future brighter.
The Australian Outdoor Living swimming pool alone has helped to fund at least half of this operation.
