Based in Campbellfield, Victoria and reporting directly to the General Manager, this full-time salaried position is responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a busy, dynamic outdoor blinds sales team to achieve financial results and growth within the marketplace. Australian Outdoor Living offer an attractive bonus structure, that will see a motivated and effective manager able to achieve significant additions to their base salary. The Sales Manager will take responsibility for leading a division of sales people, selling one of the company\u2019s range of outdoor home improvement products. Key Responsibilities \u2022 Manage the sales operations of one of the company\u2019s product divisions\u2022 Lead, coach, develop and mentor a team of In-Home Sales Consultants\u2022 Managing and ensuring budgeted sales targets are met\u2022 Preparing and providing regular sales reports and analysis\u2022 Working closely with our Marketing Team in the development of new marketing material\u2022 Ensuring that day-to-day client issues are addressedQualifications & Experience\u2022 Previous experience with Concept or In-Home Consultation selling in the home improvements industry (highly advantageous)\u2022 Experience with outdoor blinds would be advantageous but is not essential, full product training will be provided.\u2022 Relevant industry experience\u2022 Demonstrated negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills\u2022 Ability to effectively manage teams\u2022 Computer literacy About Us Australian Outdoor Living is a dynamic and growing company with seven branches nationally offering high quality Australian Made products to the residential market.
