Birdwood Farm Day

Birdwood Farm Day has been a huge success for Birdwood Primary School for the past 40+ years. Since it began in 1975, the staff, students, parents and local community, has continued to work together to make sure the day is successful, a true indication of the Adelaide Hills community spirit.

Attendees can enjoy the crisp autumn air, the smell of wood smoke from campfires, freshly baked damper & billy tea, farming demonstrations, art and craft displays, treasure hunting through the bric-a-brac and more – all whilst being surrounded by the beautiful Mount Crawford forest.

This year, the Farm Day was held on Sunday May 21st 2017. Australian Outdoor Living has been a major supporter of the event for the past few years. Our donation provides the major marquee – offering a central meeting place and shelter on the day.

The Australian Outdoor Living team never miss Farm Day. We have a presence there every year with a smaller marquee of our own, displaying our products and brochures. There are also friendly team members there to chat all things AOL to those who are interested. The AOL stand is usually on the Birdwood Farm Day Trail, so be sure to visit and snap up some goodies for your trail showbag.
