The Design Process

Your very own design consultant will help you to create an outcome for that perfectly suits your style, space and budget. They will walk you through your colour selection, style choices and finish options. After this, our sales team will support you through your journey, where you will be provided detailed plans for your project before commencement to ensure everything will look exactly as you had imagined.

Our installation team will then arrange a time and date that suits you to come and immaculately install your product - for artificial lawn, outdoor blinds and roller shutters, this should only take a day or so! For larger projects like pergolas and decking, the team will give you an ETA of your projects completion so you can arrange to start using your beautiful new outdoor space as soon as possible.

Our team will also manage the nitty-gritty aspects of your project, so you don't have to worry! Things like drainage for artificial lawn, electrical elements for roller shutters, council approvals for pergolas and carports, and site preparation for decking are our specialty - so you don't need to worry about a thing!

The installation process for each product varies, as each project is meticulously planned and installed on a custom basis; this means that each job is different to the one before. For jobs that require council approval, you can trust we will manage this for you too - all you have to do is sit back and relax and we will let you know when we are approved to begin your new structure!
