Due to ongoing high demand the Australian Outdoor Living Blinds Division is seeking to add another installation team to keeping up with the demand for our premium product. We are looking for a fit, reputable and reliable person or team who is prepared to commit to AOL as a subcontractor. We are seeking individuals\/teams with the following skills and assets; Exceptional attention to detail and ability to \u201cthink outside the square\u201dProvide consistently amazing customer service for a premium product\/companyAbility to learn quickly and deliver high-quality workmanshipGeneral trade experienceBe well presented and proud of your workProvide your own tools and reliable transport capable of carrying blindsClean up after all installationsAbide by and follow Australian Outdoor Living's policies and procedure including provision of Public Liability Insurances, Evidence of Workers Compensation\u00a0(as required) etcExperience\u00a0in the installation\u00a0of outdoor blinds\/awnings or roller shutters is essential in return we will provide you with: Generous installation rates agreed to before you undertake work Schedules and run sheets detailing your daily workProduct Training as requiredFast weekly payment on completion of worksTraining on how to properly install our high quality productsOngoing workplace update training, to keep you informed of any changes within the business or related legislative changes.
